Cassity Jones Lumber, a growing building materials supplier in North and East Texas, partnered with Tyler Building Systems (TBS) to expand its operations. Facing tight deadlines and a competitive market, they required a reliable metal building manufacturer for a new store in Aledo and an add-on to their Terrell facility.

• Size: 4,500 square feet (office) + 18,000 square feet (warehouse) + 2,700 square feet (outdoor storage) + 9,750 square feet (lean-to)
   

• Roofing: 1:12 roof slope, 3" roof and wall insulation
   

• Design Customization:

  • Multi-colored wall panels, sleek architectural design with horizontal 7.2 architectural panels

  • Warehouse: 22 feet tall, drive-in bay with two 20’x18’ overhead doors, light-transmitting panels, and a 15-foot eave extension

  • Outdoor Storage: Practical eave extensions and durable metal panels designed for practical lumber storage with eave extensions
