When developers planned a commercial property along US Highway 259 in Nacogdoches, they envisioned a versatile, low-maintenance facility optimized for mixed-use warehousing and retail, designed to attract businesses needing functional space with strong accessibility. Strategically located to connect Longview to the north and Lufkin to the south, this 60,000-square-foot development serves East Texas.
